Shipping your package

For delivery times of the products, we ask you to contact our team.

Your order is shipped via UPS, DHL, or Focus. Standard deliveries are made without a signature. 

The shipping costs include the processing, packaging, and postage of your order. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees depend on the total weight of your shipment. We recommend combining your items into one order, as we cannot combine separately placed orders. Shipping fees will be applied to each individual order. Your order is shipped at your own risk; however, we take special care to protect fragile items. 

Our packages are spacious and sturdy to ensure that your items arrive well-protected.
